Streamline Sports

Privacy Policy

This Policy details how Streamline and its associated companies ("we" or "Streamline") collect and utilise your personal information. Please read it carefully.

When this Privacy Policy refers to "Organiser," it pertains to event creators who use our Services to host events for consumers who use our platform either (a) to obtain information about or attend events ("Consumers") or (b) for any other reason. In these Terms, Organisers, Consumers, and third parties using our Services are collectively referred to as "Users," "you," or "your."

In general, we gather information about you when you create an account, purchase tickets or event entries, communicate with us via email or phone, make box office purchases managed by us, or when you interact with our websites, apps, and social media channels. We use this data, along with other information, to enhance our services, marketing, and support for you and our other customers (including by analysing your information to offer you a more tailored experience).

When you, for example, create an account, buy tickets or event entries, download one of our apps, or contact us by phone, we may request your consent to use your information for specific purposes. Your options for how we use your information are outlined here.

Streamline is responsible for processing your personal information in compliance with the Data Protection Act 2018 and GDPR regulations.

Cookies Notice

We, along with third-party organisations, use cookies and other technologies, such as pixel tags, on our websites and in our emails. For more details about cookies and how to disable them, please review our Cookies Policy.

How We Collect Your Information

Directly from you. For instance, if you sign up for a promotion, create an account, enter a competition or free prize draw, download an app, purchase tickets, post comments on our websites, or contact us with a question via email.

Through your interaction with our websites and apps. We use cookies and other technologies like pixel tags on our websites, in our emails, and within our apps to collect information about your usage and better target advertising. To learn more, refer to our Cookies Policy.

From third parties. For example, if you choose to use a social media integration feature on our websites or apps, the third-party social media site may share certain information about you with us. This could include your name and email address. Your activities on our sites and apps might also be shared with social media platforms.

Information We May Hold About You

We utilise the following information for the purposes outlined in this Policy:

Your contact and account information. We retain the contact information you provide (e.g., name, address, phone number, email, country of residence, preferred language, ASA number, and other associated details) when you create a Streamline account, purchase tickets, or participate in our competitions or promotions.

Your payment and billing information. We store payment and billing information you provide (e.g., credit card details) related to handling your ticket orders. If you’ve asked us to, we may also save payment and billing details to make future purchases more convenient.

Information you post online. For example, we store information you post on our website or on third-party social media sites that we can access (including reviews you post or surveys you complete). When posting information online, you should avoid infringing on others' rights (including privacy rights) and be aware that others may use, tag, or re-publish your information in unexpected ways (including unlawfully). You understand that we and others (including our Event Partners) may use and re-publish any data you post online publicly, on our website, or when using apps or social media tools.

Information on your preferences. We may collect data about the events you like or the products you purchase or inquire about (e.g., through a survey or your review of an event). We might also hold information on interests and demographic categories inferred from your interactions with us, to provide a better service and more relevant information. For instance, if you participate in a specific event, and many others who attended that event also participated in a different event, we might send you details about that other event.

Information from other companies. We may store information provided by other companies, including our Event Partners (e.g., your interests, purchases, household type, or any data necessary to fulfill your order or request). We might also enhance your details with information obtained from other companies or sources. For example, we may cross-reference the accuracy of our information with other databases or add demographic details. Much of this data is gathered from publicly available sources like the edited electoral register or a publicly available postal address list or derived from market research, such as consumer panel surveys.

Website usage information. If you use our websites, we may collect details about the browser and device you're using and your IP address (a unique identifier for your network device on the internet, necessary for communication with websites). We might examine the site you came from, what you did and didn’t use on our site, or the site you visit after leaving ours.

App usage information. If you use our app(s), we may collect your GPS location or your device's unique identifier. We may also gather the type of device you’re using or the version of the operating system your device is running. We might examine how often you use the app and where you downloaded it from.

Email response information. Regarding emails we send you, we may use cookies and other technologies, such as pixel tags, to collect information on how you respond, such as the number of times the email is opened or the links clicked. We collaborate with third parties who may also use such cookies and technologies in our emails. Please review our Cookies Policy for more information.

Other interactions with us. For example, if you engage with us via email, phone, or social media (e.g., Facebook).
